Please note that the MVL AGM and fixture meeting for the 2026-27 season will take place as above.
All teams wishing to play in MVL next season must attend to make your fixtures.
Please find attached an AGM INFO PACK which includes the agenda as well as info on some of the proposed changes for the upcoming season.
RULE CHANGES
There are some proposals for rule changes in the info pack. If you have any other proposals that you would like to raise at the AGM, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the AGM.
LEAGUE STRUCTURE
It is likely that we will have 3 men’s divisions this year due to the increased number of teams entering. Please review the proposal in the pack and let us know if you have any issues with it.
For those teams still to finalise their entry, please can you do so as soon as possible.
TEAM REGISTRATION
Can ALL teams please REGISTER their full team details on the website as soon as you can, and certainly before the deadline of Wed 23 Sept.
FIXTURES AUTOMATION
We are planning on trialling automation this year to generate the fixtures, rather than the usual ‘speed dating’ at the end of the meeting. 😊 This should hopefully allow more time for useful discussion during the meeting.
To facilitate this, we need to gather some info on available dates / restrictions from each team prior to the AGM.
Please see the pack for more details, but it is important that you complete a spreadsheet with your available dates etc. This will be sent separately to each club individually.
Please try and complete this ASAP, and before the deadline below to allow some time for testing before the AGM itself.
