Salford Indoor Tournament

Christmas Tournament

SAT 14th DEC 1PM – 4PM

We’re trying to raise funds for the NW Volleyball’s U15s & U17s teams to take part in a number of competitions over the season.

All money raised will go towards helping the juniors & it’ll be a great day, we might even run to mince pies..…!

LJMU Vipers B Withdrawal

Please note that LJMU Vipers B have withdrawn from Womens Div 2.

Player Registration

All teams must register their players (using the online form) by the end of Oct or before their first match – whichever is the soonest.

https://www.merseyvolley.co.uk/playerregistration/

Please indicate the Name, Nationality, and whether Starred or an NVL player on the form.

All registrations MUST include a photo of the player.

Team Registration

Note that all teams entering the league this year will need to register their team details.

This should be done by the fixture meeting at the latest – but can also be done at any point up to then.

ANNUAL FIXTURE MEETING

WED 9^h OCTOBER 2019 (7pm – 10pm)
DEVONSHIRE HOUSE HOTEL, 293/297 Edge Lane, LIVERPOOL L7 9LD

ALL teams MUST attend the meeting to make their fixtures if they intend to play in the MVL 2019/ 2020 Season.
Only in exceptional circumstances will teams be allowed to enter if they don’t attend, and a fine will be imposed.

Could teams please contact Brian Kendall ASAP as to which divisions they wish to play in 2019-20.
2 men’s & 2 women’s divisions are proposed. Normal automatic promotion & relegation will be applied, but this can be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.

Annual fees will remain the same:
Normal Team Affiliation: £35 New Teams: £20
Surety (for New Teams): £15 Under 18 Teams: £20

– These are payable at the meeting – if you require an Invoice in advance, please let Brian Kendall know.
– I am discussing a “block affiliation“ with Volleyball England for teams not in direct affiliation to VE. If they agree, this will cost an extra small fee but would hopefully include insurance.
