Team Pre-Registration

Please use this form to register your intention to enter the MVL in the 2026-27 season. One submission for each team. Full team registration will come later.

The league structure will be based on the 2 up 2 down rule (based on last season's finishing position).
However, because of the potentially high number of men's teams, we may expand to 3 Men's divisions this season. We will make a proposal based on the final league positions, but please indicate your preferred division below.
