The Merseyside League AGM and fixture meeting will be held on Tue 8th Oct at Alder Sports Club starting at 7:30pm.
All teams wishing to play in the league in 2024-25 must attend.
ENTRY CONFIRMATION
Please confirm ASAP that your team wishes to continue to play in the MVL in the upcoming season 2024/25, by completing the Team Registration form on the website below:
Even if you have not settled all details yet, please complete the form with at least your team name and preferred division to allow us to plan the league structure prior to the AGM.
Feel free to circulate this information to any other club/team you think might want to join the league.

BEFORE THE AGM
- Rule Changes
If you wish to propose changes to any existing rules or put forward any new rules you should submit your proposals to the league secretary at least 2 weeks before the AGM so your suggestions can be circulated with the AGM papers. - Elections
Committee posts are subject to election every year. Nominations for existing posts or proposals for new posts should be submitted to the league secretary at least a week in advance. Nominees may speak to present their case at the AGM before voting takes place. - Team Entry Form
Before the meeting each team must complete the league entry form on the Merseyside Volleyball League website (https://www.merseyvolley.co.uk/teamregistration/) , with full contact information and details of proposed venues and home match days and times. Entries are now open.
Entry Fees
We propose (subject to confirmation by the AGM) that league entry fees will be increase slightly this year as follows:Existing teams £40 Junior teams (all players U18) £25 New teams £20 Des Jeffers Tournament £40 Payments can be made at the AGM by cash or cheque or, in advance, by bank transfer. If you are paying by BACs (see BACs payment details below).
Please ensure you clearly identify the team and the competition when you make the payment.If your team is based at a college or university your payment may come from a 3rd party e.g. student union or registrar. In this case we can issue an invoice for payment but you should contact us with the details of the person/organization to be invoiced in advance of the AGM.
